Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Area

Cultivated Calm currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

During busy periods (such as seasonal launches or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver all orders within 14 days of order confirmation, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Tracked Delivery (if selected): 1–3 working days

Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.

We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time.

5. Order Confirmation & Dispatch

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email

  2. A dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped

6. Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier delays

  • Postal strikes

  • Severe weather

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

7. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional postage charges may apply.

8. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us at:

We will investigate with the courier and keep you informed. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photographs of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received.

Risk transfers to you once the goods have been delivered to your specified address.

11. Wholesale & Retail Orders

Delivery timeframes for wholesale or retail stockist orders may differ and will be agreed separately in writing.
