1. About Us

We design and sell candles made in the United Kingdom. We sell and deliver products within the UK only.
By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
To place an order through our website, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
Provide accurate and complete information
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders where necessary.
3. Our Products
We sell handcrafted candles and related goods.
All products are made in the UK.
Product descriptions, images and pricing are provided as accurately as possible.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our products.
All products are subject to availability.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
4. Orders
When you place an order:
You will receive an order confirmation email.
This does not mean your order has been accepted.
A contract between us is formed only when we dispatch your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:
Payment is not authorised
There is a pricing or product description error
We suspect fraudulent activity
The item is out of stock
If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are in GBP (£).
We are a sole trader and may not be VAT registered.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Payment must be made in full at checkout.
We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details.
6. Delivery (UK Only)
We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control (e.g. courier delays, strikes, extreme weather).
Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered to your address.
Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
7. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders Only)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing (email is acceptable).
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To be eligible for a refund:
Items must be unused
In their original condition
In original packaging
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Exceptions may apply to:
Personalised or bespoke items
Used products
Sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons (if applicable)

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

If your item is faulty or damaged:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund
If a fault develops within 6 months, it is presumed to have been present at delivery unless proven otherwise.

Candles are open flames and must be used responsibly.
By purchasing our candles, you agree to:
Never leave a burning candle unattended
Keep candles away from children and pets
Place candles on a heat-resistant surface
Follow all safety instructions provided
We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow safety guidance.
10. Retail & Wholesale Sales
If you purchase from us for retail resale:
Separate wholesale terms may apply
We reserve the right to limit or refuse wholesale orders
Resellers must comply with UK product safety and labelling laws

Logos

Product names
