A restorative 4-week mother-and-baby yoga series designed to support you through the early stages of motherhood with calm, connection, and gentle movement.
Each 45-minute session focuses on safely easing tension so often built up during mothering - in the shoulders, neck and lower back - and supporting nervous system regulation when rest feels limited. Through mindful movement, breathwork and guided relaxation you’ll create space to reconnect with yourself while strengthening the bond with your baby.
Alongside the physical practice, the course offers a welcoming space to connect with other mothers and cultivate moments of stillness within the rhythm of everyday motherhood.
Your experience includes:
— A 4-week yoga course
— All equipment provided
— Guided meditations through our Mindfulness Studio to recreate a sense of calm at home
— A signature Cultivated Calm votive candle to take home
— A beautifully calm mummy-and-baby morning shared in community with other mothers
Postnatal Yoga Disclaimer
This course is designed for mothers who have received medical clearance to return to gentle movement following birth. We recommend waiting until after your 6-week postnatal check (or 8–12 weeks following a caesarean birth, unless advised otherwise by your healthcare professional) before attending.
Please move within your own comfort and ability throughout each session. If you experience pain, dizziness, bleeding, or discomfort at any stage, stop immediately and seek medical advice.
